[Announce] Terms of Baron/Baroness

Ok, So I went and looked thru my records and checked the charter on the Barony's website, and now I'm erked since My hardcopy is different.  I should have made sure I had the current copy.  Last time I 'checked' we had said that it was 5 years then 3 there-after.  That was apperantly before changes were made that I missed.  No biggy, My bad!
