[Announce] Alliance Oktoberfest demo

Good morning all,

The Alliance Oktoberfest demo is still on for this coming Saturday, October 
18, in downtown Alliance, Ohio. The Oktoberfest runs from 2:00-8:00 pm and we 
are allowed to set up anytime after noon. We're also encouraged to attend the 
farmer's market which takes place from 9:00-1:00.

While this is a joint Gwyntarian/Alderford demo, we certainly would welcome 
others to come and join us for the day. With the focus on artists, food 
merchants and music, we will offer a totally different type of demonstration 
for the public.

Alderford has about 6-10 people pledged to attend. I haven't heard how many 
will be there from Gwyntarian. Please let me know if you will attend and what 
activity you will present so we will know how much space to allow for various 
activities. At the moment, we plan to use the small park at the corner of 
Arch and Market street for a large pavilion and list field.

Hope to see a large crowd there on Saturday!
