[Announce] List back online after server replacement

It's been a harrowing 24 hours, but if this message goes through it
means the list is back online.

We had a major server failure, not just the minor issue I thought we
were having, and we are actually now running on a brand new machine at
our colocation provider's new data center. Let me know off-list if
you're interested in all the technical details -- the summary is that we
have a much bigger, faster server for the same amount of money. That
being said, next time we upgrade I'd prefer to do it with careful
planning instead of as a result of an emergency replacement.

inconvenience.
